These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all services offered by MGREPROG, a sole trader operating as a micro-enterprise (auto-entrepreneur). They govern the contractual relationship between MGREPROG and its clients, whether professionals or informed amateurs. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Subject
MGREPROG offers engine and gearbox mapping development services (ECU / TCU), including: Stage 1, Stage 2 and ECO engine remapping, FlexFuel E85 conversion, DPF / AdBlue / EGR solutions, electronic diagnostics (DTC), light, heavy, agricultural and public works vehicle services, as well as competition / off-road options. Each service is custom-made, exclusively from the original file provided by the client, for a single vehicle.
2. Target clients
MGREPROG services are intended for automotive professionals and informed individuals with the necessary skills or who use a qualified professional. The client acknowledges ordering the services with full knowledge of the technical, mechanical and legal implications.
3. Order
All orders are placed via the MGREPROG platform or by email. The client must provide accurate technical information, including complete vehicle specifications and the original file read from the ECU. The order is final after full payment.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, VAT is not applicable – article 293B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is required before any order processing and can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and subject to market volatility.
5. Deadlines and delivery
Processing times are generally between 2 and 24 working hours, depending on the complexity of the request and volume of activity. Files are delivered electronically. The client is responsible for downloading and saving the files provided.
6. Client obligations
The client undertakes to verify the mechanical and electronic condition of the vehicle, to use an official and compatible programming tool, and to comply with applicable legislation. Any installation and use of the files provided is done under the exclusive responsibility of the client or the installing partner.
7. Warranty – Limitation of liability
Files are custom-developed based on information provided by the client, without any guarantee of specific results. MGREPROG cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse, degraded vehicle condition, insufficient maintenance or non-compliant use. In any case, MGREPROG's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the service paid, excluding any indirect damage.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, services involving personalized digital content are not subject to any right of withdrawal. By validating an order, the client requests immediate execution of the service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
9. Intellectual property
The files and mappings provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of MGREPROG. The client only benefits from a personal, non-transferable right of use for the vehicle concerned. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or reuse is strictly prohibited.
10. Specific use and warnings
Certain services are exclusively intended for competition, off-road or export use. Engine remapping may void the manufacturer's warranty, affect vehicle compliance and restrict its use on public roads. The client remains solely responsible for the compliance of their vehicle.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and used solely for order processing and customer support. Technical data and files are securely stored for 5 years.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
